What should I expect during my first appointment?
We like to get to know our clients and what their specific needs may be. We will walk you through our selection of quality fabrics, give you advice on customization and styling, and lastly we will take approximately 30 measurements of you body to in sure a precise fit.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You can expect delivery within four to six weeks of ordering. Because custom suits sometimes require adjustments to achieve the perfect fit, please allow an additional week for delivery. Rush order is available upon request, fees are $150 to $250.
How long is an appointment?
Most sessions are about 45 to 60 minutes.
What is your price point?
Starting price for a jacket is $550, two piece suit is $850, tuxedo is $1,000. (Price increases depending on selected fabric.)
Do you offer home or office consultations?
Yes we do. You can arrange a fitting consultation by emailing us at email@example.com. A minimum order is required.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
If you need to change your appointment or have any questions, please call the studio directly at 504.500.1887.
What happens if I want to change my order after I have left the studio?
Just contact us within the next 24 hours after placing your order and we will take care of making the changes to your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit, debit cards, checks and cash.

Do you offer gift cards / gift certificates?
Yes! You can purchase an E-Gift Card here.
How long does it take for my e-gift card to arrive?
Subject to credit processing, we strive to email the e-gift card recipient within the next business day after the order has been received. Need it rushed or a future delivery date? Please note during ordering process or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is an e-gift card?
An e-gift card is an electronic gift card that arrives via e-mail to the e-mail address you specify during checkout. Your gift recipient can then use his e-gift card to purchase products at FELLOW.
How do I redeem my e-gift card?
FELLOW e-gift cards are redeemable at our studio by scheduling an appointment here.
Can I have a physical gift card or certificate?
Yes, Just call or email us once you have placed the order and we can arrange for pickup or have it mailed to you.
Does the e-gift card expire?
E-gift cards purchased online does not expire.
